Bucksfield Asset Management Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead the Company’s investment strategy, portfolio management, research, and investment decision-making processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving investment performance, supporting Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, managing investment risks, developing innovative investment products, and providing strategic market insights while ensuring compliance with regulatory and fiduciary obligations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of the Company’s investment strategy.
• Oversee portfolio management across fixed income, equities, mutual funds, structured products, and alternative investments.
• Drive investment research, market intelligence, and economic analysis to identify opportunities and manage risks.
• Support the development and launch of innovative investment products and solutions.
• Ensure effective investment governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Wealth Management team to support fundraising and AUM growth initiatives.
• Serve as a key representative of the Company with investors, regulators, and strategic stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing investment team.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• MBA, CFA, ACA, CIS, FRM, or equivalent professional qualifications strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Asset Management, Investment Management, Capital Markets, Pension Fund Management, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management, with significant leadership experience.
• Proven track record of managing investment portfolios and delivering strong investment performance.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, portfolio management, risk management, and capital market operations.
• Experience presenting investment strategies and performance reports to Boards, Investment Committees, and institutional investors.
• Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and fiduciary responsibilities.
